Now, here’s the thing:  we created this program purely out of necessity. After 35 years of training and coaching people to be their very best physically and emotionally, we realized that not everyone is able to commit and invest time coming to a school.

Plus we don’t always have time to cover every element of our training methodology in regular classes. And after being in FSD for a while we were finding many students becoming like “sponges,” wanting more and more.

And so the Inner Circle was initially born as our way of supplementing existing training. It was our way of coming to you and making things easier for every one.

But it’s now grown far beyond that.
