Home Fitness Program

During the past few weeks I've been bumping into old acquaintances from high school. Some were jocks, captains of hockey teams, girls everyone had their eyes on.

And what have they become?

FAT.

Do you sometimes wonder what your old friends you haven't seen in a while are doing, what they look like as well as what they've accomplished?

In most cases they've most certainly regressed.

I ask myself WHY? Why did they let themselves go. Why didn't they put Health, Fitness and Flexibility as their number 1 priority?

A part of me just wants to grab them by the head and start shaking while I tell them exactly where that road is leading if they keep neglecting themselves.

As we say in French: "C'est la vie".

Most people are complacent and are too comfortable to even listen to some advice about training. Most often than not if I do mention something about the extra poundage, they agree, they know they should do something, they know the consequences, but still they don't do anything?

Let's be different than the norm me and you.

Instead of having people we haven't seen in a while silently wonder : "What the hell happened to him", or "I almost didn't recognize her", maybe even "Did you see that ASS".

Be commited to looking and feeling your best. Follow our Home physical training system that will leave you feeling like you were 18 again.

Get your strength training kit here cause you never know who you're gonna meet on the street.

Master Yourself,

Sifu Martin

P.S. Do not be a shadow of what you were or what you can become.

It's Louse Time! Cherish your Youth

If you're new to my list of focused, motivated, self- starters, Welcome.
(if you're not jump right away to today's lesson below)

Every day I communicate to you the best ways to train and the kind of mindset it takes to get results either in your physical fitness or martial art training.

Friday is always what I call: "Louse Time". Modeled after Bruce Lee's strategy in Enter the Dragon. You know that part where he's having tea with the government agent but he's disturbed by one of his students and Bruce Lee tells the agent: It's Louse Time! The agent replies with his british accent: "yes of course".

Since I'm 6 years old that scene has always stuck with me and I'll be using that same strategy with YOU every week.

Friday is where I share with you Life Lessons and Direction given to me by my dad (and Sifu) every Friday.

There this saying that goes: "Cherish your youth young man for you too will grow old"

Yes that's true but you can CHOOSE how you grow old. My idea of growing old is not complaining about aches and pains.

It is not taking 20 different pills a day and putting all my faith in my family doctor who supposedly has my best interest at heart (or is he more of a drug pusher?).

It is not spending my pension check at the casino. It is not sitting on a bench at the old folk residence waiting to expire.

It is not sucking on yet another cigarette cause I'm bored out of my mind.

It seems the majority of people have bought into the idea that they're pretty much "over the hill" when they hit 65. It's kinda like this mass delusion so deeply impregnated into our society.

Did you know that the number of people turning 100 doubles every year.

Also at 101, Larry Lewis ran the 100 yard dash in 17.8 seconds setting a new world record for runners 100 years old or older.

Hearing stuff like that gets me inspired. Or watching my dad still training when he's well into his 50s. Today's lesson wasn't too complex, it was just "Leading by Example".

No you're not too old to start training or to keep on training. Choose to stay fit for life.

Aim higher,

Sifu Martin

P.S. With a little help you can dramatically increase the quality of life at an older age using our Neigong Health & Fitness System. Start training your internal energy now so you're strong and vibrant later.

St-Valentine's Day Workout

We all need to be reminded sometimes.

Like some of the tips I give you.

Some of the stuff I talk about you've heard before , or read in a book, some of it you might of even done consistently for a while but mysteriously, you stopped.

Hearing it again helps us understand it better, and puts us back on track.

Maybe you just forgot about it and you need someone to joggle your memory.

That's what St-Valentine's is for me.

Just a reminder.

I know what I have to do in my relationship to keep it fresh, fun, and exciting.

Some people might go "all out" on this day and be a super-lover and during the rest of the year they're a crappy one.

The same is true for your strength training. You should know what you have to do to keep it fresh, fun, and exciting. You also know that if you train one day out of the year and do nothing for the rest of it, you ain't gonna get stronger, leaner and healthier.

When you're giving all that love today remember who else needs some tender love and care.

Your body.

Show it you care by making it sweat. Taking the time to push it, stretch it, and strengthen it.

Something else you'll fall in love with is our strength training kits. They're simple to use, you can customize them to your fitness level, you can track your progression, and you get a total body workout in less than 15 minutes. Try them and you'll see what I mean. Get them here.

Love yourself (without being narcissistic),

Sifu Martin

Learn from a 7 mth old

You might think: "This ain't gonna happen"

As you might know I'm a father of three. When I was holding my baby girl today she taught me a valuable lesson we all need to remember.

I had her sitting on my lap and she reached out to grab a toy. For the next 30 minutes she was totally focused on the toy.

Nothing else seemed to exist or matter.

She picked it up, turned it, threw it, drooled on it, hugged it. On and on she did this without losing focus.

If a 7 month old can do this, I suppose an adult can do this?

Are you able to stay focused on one thing for at least 30 minutes and do it well?

Do you try doing too many things all at once when it comes to your fitness training?

Things like: a gotta do my abs, gotta do my legs, gotta do cardio, etc...

Our strength training kits lets you put everything on auto-pilot and lets you focus on the most important thing:

DOING the thing.

Not thinking about it, organizing it, contemplating about it, or analizing it.

The goal is to get in the zone. And the way to do that is just: START.

Everything will flow from there.

Fitness Training should be like Playing: Effortless

Want to know how to make every aspect of fitness training effortless?

Reach for our strength training kits right here.

Is this what we've become?

I'm disgusted.

You know how the stats show that Americans and Canadians are over-weight. You wonder if it's true or not or if maybe they're exagerating.

They're not.

We're sitting in this room where there's over 100 people. I'm being very observant as I always am, and I see the food choices they're making are just plain stupid.

I can't believe it.

No wonder they're fat as they are and they look old and tired but they're not old they're in their 30's!

Donuts, Candy, Coke, Danish, Brownies, Large size Starbucks coffee for BREAKFAST. You must be thinking what I'm thinking: "Breakfast of Champions" right?

People need to be educated! Why are they doing this to their Million Dollar Machine?

First thing we did when we got to the Hotel is find a Grocery Store. Do not eat at the hotel. It's over-priced and they don't have your best interest at heart when it comes to healthy food choices.

Get fruits that have a high anti-oxydant level, nuts, water, vegetables high in Vitamin C & E. And so on.

I feel great. Strong. Light. Awake. I can't imagine eating what the others are eating. Some people wonder why they find out they have type 2 diabetes when they get a routine blood test. Most people don't know. The main problem is people eat too much sugar.

Are you eating correctly?

If you're following our system, I hope you are being very smart about what you ingest. You've all heard the saying : You are what you eat.

Now, this is only what I see. Let alone what they do after the seminar that bothers me.

What about strength training?

I wonder how many of them did something similar to station training in the morning. NONE.

How many of them did breathing exercises to increase circulation. NONE.

How many stretched to loosen up and get more flexible. NONE.

How many did isometric contractions to increase strength and digestion functions. NONE.

Most people don't know that they don't know and I just find that very sad.

If you're on this list it means you're not in the dark about this and you take your health very seriously.

Knowing this, helps me calm down and realize that we can't help everybody, we can only help the ones that want to help themselves.

The first step to continually improve yourself physically is through our strength training programs. Make the right choices.

You can find them all right here.

Master Yourself,

Sifu Martin
